Learn iT!  has classrooms of various sizes that can suit your needs in the most proximal area of downtown, the edge of SOMA but still in the Financial District. You can’t find a more centralized and convenient location.
With our facility located next to the Montgomery BART/Muni Station and a 5 minute walk to Moscone Center there is no better place to rent a classroom for your training or meeting needs. During convention season (September-mid November) be prepared for high demand as our rooms fill up very quickly months ahead of time:

Facility Features:

  • Class A high rise Building with 24 hour security
  • 10 classrooms ranging in size from 3 seats to 32
    • 9 classrooms have computer workstations
    • 1 classroom is designed for Professional Development in a U-shape with no computers
    • Larger groups up to 50 can be accommodated by special request
  • Free coffee, filtered  water, tea served all day
  • Fresh baked cookies at 2:30pm everyday
  • Wi-Fi pipeline 100MBs

Pricing & Details:

  • Daily rental rate for computer classroom = $1,000
    Includes: 12 Student Workstations + 1 Instructor Workstation
    Additional Student Workstations = $25/machine
    Hours of Operation 8am – 5pm (early or late hours may incur extra fee.)
    Classroom Rate includes 4 hours of IT set up by Learn iT!
    ($150/hour if more time required).

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel within 25 business days of rental = 25% of rental rate
    Cancel within 15 business days of rental = 50% of rental rate
    Cancel less than 15 business days of rental = 100% of rental rate
